HR STAFF – HOT JOB – HR STRATEGY – TOP HEADHUNTER IN VIETNAM MARKET – 2023 Full Time
HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Foreign company specializing in pharmaceutical production . They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the HR Staff position.
• Working Location: Can Giuoc – Long An
• Reporting to: HR Manager
• Working time: Monday – Friday (one Saturday off every 2 weeks)
Job description for HR Staff – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market:
- In charge of timekeeping, salary calculation, recruitment support
- Compilation of documents, sops, documents and regulations of the company at the request of the head of the department.
- Receive the arrival text, letters from outside sent to the company.
- Send mail internally the company; Send letters, parcels to the outside and check the monthly payment list of the courier company.
- Manage stationery warehouse in accordance with regulations
- Managing facilities and equipment at the workplace.
- Proposal to replace and repair for damaged facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with other employees to organize meetings, conferences, …; Receiving guests and guiding guests when contacting the company at the company.
- Implementing the administrative procedures of the company
- Periodic monthly, quarterly and annual work reports.
- Perform recruitment when required
- Carry out a number of other jobs as assigned by the head
Requirement for HR Staff – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market:
- Graduated from intermediate or higher specialty related to personnel
- Experience in payroll, timekeeping, recruitment
- Understanding & proficient application of archives.
- More than 3 years of experience in HR position
- Be careful, honest, high sense of responsibility and a sense of protecting the secret of document information.
- Good conversational English
