• Working location: HCMC, Hà Nội, Campuchia
• Report to: CEO 

DESCRIPTION FOR Industrial Engineering Manager

• Manage Industrial Engineering department leading
• Lead Industrial Engineering Department activities to maximize Man, Machine, Material, Method &
• Management to deliver Products & Services to Customer in the right time, quality & cost
• Build Industrial standards for highly effective People, Process & Performance
• Establish attractive incentive schemes to motivate people
• Create new phase of “Lean & Green Manufacturing” practices & mindset
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement project teams achieving result

REQUIREMENTS FOR Industrial Engineering Manager

• Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Technical Engineer Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• At least 3-year experience for the same position (Industrial Engineering preferable)
• Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement project

BENEFITS FOR Industrial Engineering Manager

• Salary: $2,000 – $4,000 (gross).
