• Working location: Dong Nai 

Description for IQ Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Responsibilities include product innovation and quality assurance
• Examine the suitability of quality assurance criteria and their execution
• Create new goods, run trials, and oversee new product development initiatives
• To assure completed product quality, plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products
• Drive Improvements at process, focus on customer complaints and non-conformance issues reduction. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist the company in meeting all of its customers’ needs. Ensure that all TATs for Technical Queries are met
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors

Requirements for IQ Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graduation in Food Technology, Science, BioTech, etc
• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG, with fluent English communication
• Ability to Quality Assurance & Innovations Lead
• Certifications Preferred: TQM, Food Safety, Lead Assessor, HACCP, Six Sigma

• Salary: $1800 – $2200, depending on the candidate’s ability
