IT Director -HR Strategy Headhunter Full Time

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the IT Director position.
- Working Location: HCMC
- Reporting to: BOD
JOB RESPONSIBILITY for IT Director
- Manage a team of developers deployed to deliver end-to-end technology solutions to business problems
- Evaluate different blockchain protocols/platforms to explore solution alternatives. Determine optimal architectures factoring in feasibility
- Good understanding of security concerns together with efficiency and performance aware of the economical implication and able to feedback ideas or raise alerts
- Possesses exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
- Work with the team (project owner, Automation tester, Technical Leader) to develop necessary products for internal and customers
- Build smart contracts and corresponding tooling and infrastructure
- Join the full lifecycle of contract development, including requirement gathering, dev, test, deployment, and even monitoring
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for IT Director
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area
- At least 8 years of experience in technology roles, with 5 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing
- English proficiency
- Knowledgeable about SAP
- Understanding the operating process of a manufacturing company to help build IT tools to support operations
- Lead team with many areas: Infrastructure, applications, ITBP
- Extremely sharp logic and communication skills
BENEFITS for IT Director
- Salary: $3,000 – $5,000, depending on candidate’s ability
