HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Labor Law Adviser position.

• Working Location: Hai Phong
• Reporting to: Labor Relation Manager
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Labor Law Adviser– Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Take on the role of conducting research on laws, decrees,… related to the field of Labor. Continuously update changes in government policies and regulations and proactively give accurate and reasonable advice on legal procedures and possible legal issues
• Establishing, maintaining and implementing relationships with labor government to achieve labor management objective
• Managing some types of contract employee in the company
• Resolve complex issues if related to labor conflicts and disputes
• Prepare monthly reports to demonstrate compliance with all relevant regulations, ordinances, laws, and company standards
• To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents

Requirement for Labor Law Adviser – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s or degree in Law or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience at relevant positions
• Who have relations with state agencies on labor is preferred

Benefits for Labor Law Adviser – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $800 – $1,000 depending on candidate’s ability
