HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing & Distribution Company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Legal and Compliance Officer position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: Legal and Compliance Manager
• Working time: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibility for Legal and Compliance Officer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Review the compliance of the Company and all departments with the requirements of the current relevant Laws and to reinforce the compliance of the Company and all departments
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations
• Provide guidance and training to employees on legal and compliance matters
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including conducting internal investigations when necessary
• Interpret regulations and policies affecting clerical and departmental operations; check legal references for correct citation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to legal and compliance activities
• Support in advising on new projects (company-scale) on legal aspects
• Support in advising and resolving legal issues related to the outside (disputes, litigation, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations
• Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters and litigation, as required
• Motivate relevant departments to conduct training so that managers and employees can raise awareness of the Company Regulations to ensure compliance with the Company’s Regulations (in various forms and platforms, including but not limited activities such as offline/online training, website, etc.)
• Regulations update, gap analysis and training/support related depts. to comply with new regs

  Coordinate with other departments to collect comments on new regulation drafts
• Carry out training activities for raising legal awareness for managers and employees to ensure the Company’s compliance (in various forms and platforms, including but not limited activities such as offline/online training, website, etc.)

Requirement for Legal and Compliance Officer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• At least 02 year of experience in an equivalent position
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to the industry
• Excellent understanding of contract law and experience in contract negotiation
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese laws
• Good at analytical thinking and accurate judgement
• Be careful, honest, responsible, and business-oriented
