HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in FMCG. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Legal Specialist (Commercial) position.

• Working Location: Dong Nai (Shuttle service for remote staff)
• Reporting to: Export Manager
• Working time: Monday – ½ Saturday

Job Responsibility for Legal Specialist (Commercial) – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Assess legal risks associated with export sales transactions, identify potential issues, and provide proactive advice and solutions to mitigate risks
• Oversee the preparation and review of export-related documentation, including export licenses, customs declarations, and shipping documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in resolving legal disputes arising from export sales activities, including coordinating with internal teams, external counsel, and relevant authorities, as necessary
• Develop and update export sales-related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory changes
• Conduct legal research and analysis on export-related topics, including trade embargoes, sanctions, and export control regimes, and provide insights to support business decision-making

Requirement for Legal Specialist (Commercial) – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Legal or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in export market
• Ability to work independently
• Good at English is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

• Salary: $800 – $1000, depending on candidate’s ability
