HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Legal Specialist position.

• Working Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Company size: 300 employees
• Reporting to: CEO
• Working time: Monday – Saturday (2 days/month)

Job Responsibility for Legal Specialist – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Research and evaluate regulations and policies related to import-export, intellectual property rights, trade rights, and other related issues
• Monitor and update legal changes in the field of import-export and intellectual property rights
• Develop and maintain a legal management system for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
• Provide legal recommendations and solutions for the company’s import-export activities, including reducing legal risks and optimizing processes
• Represent the company in legal negotiations with relevant parties, including government agencies, business partners, and external lawyers
• Ensure the implementation of import – export contracts and intellectual property rights in accordance with legal regulations and agreed conditions
• Provide guidance and training to employees on legal regulations related to import-export and intellectual property rights

Requirement for Legal Specialist – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commercial Law, Business Law, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience working in the export market
• Solid knowledge of laws related to import-export, intellectual property rights, and trade rights
• Proficiency in English and independent work skills are advantages
• Analytical thinking, research skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with legal documents and contracts
• Strong communication skills and good teamwork ability
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
