Job Responsibility for Logistic Staff – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Responsible for all Imp/Exp logistic issue of factory, mainly including:
• Select logistic service providers, such as forwarders, trucking companies, customs brokers etc.
• Make invoice, packing-list, C/O for import and export shipments
• Book space via forwarders and arrange transportation as per trading contract.
• Arrange customs clearance, trucking service for imported and exported goods
• Check and confirm the B/L
• Apply for payment to suppliers and customs.

Requirement for Logistic Staff – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Qualification: Bachelor degree
• More than 5 years of Logistic experience in same position as factory or operation experience in forwarding company
• Well know the shipping procedure in and out of Vietnam
• Can listen and speak Chinese

• Salary: 12M- 15M VND, depending on candidate’s ability
