HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the M and A Commercial Manager position.

• Working Location: Binh Duong (shuttle bus)
• Company size: 7000 people
• Reporting to: CEO
• Taking care: 3 people
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for M and A Commercial Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies, Due Diligence for mergers, acquisitions or divestments
• Organize, inspect and supervise the Business Performance Report and forecast business situation of M&A Commercial segment
• Use software and programs to automate M&A Commercial work steps
• Closely monitor the work progress and make timely improvement suggestions

Requirement  for M and A Commercial Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduated in Economics, Finance – Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• At least 05 years of Accounting experience (Financial Accounting, Commercial Management Accountant, Risk Management) in FMCG industry, especially beverage
• Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Knowing how to use ERP software. Data Warehouse, Power BI is a plus
• TOEIC 550+

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500, depending on candidate’s ability
