• Working location: Binh Duong (shuttle bus)

Description for Maintenance Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Ensure that any modifications to working procedures, new machinery, or equipment are developed with safe working conditions in mind.
• Work with local management to identify continuous improvement projects, including any changes in work habits, new equipment, and plant development
• Ascertain that the production team is informed, consulted, trained, and developed in order to increase plant performance in accordance with the BRC program
• In collaboration with product management and operators, provide extensive problem analysis for engineering solutions to maintenance issues
• Develop and implement a disciplined TQM maintenance approach, using all potential to increase plant availability
• Construct, train, and personally oversee a planned maintenance system that involves, at a minimum, condition monitoring, elimination of the reasons of repeat equipment failure, visual inspection, and routine “pre-failure” listed replacement
• Create detailed, descriptive plant shutdown schedules that ensure the plant management team’s whole continued support and commitment.
• Support the manufacturing team in evaluating successful performance and determining countermeasures.
• Members of Food safety Team
• Member of HSE Team

Requirements for Maintenance Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical
• At least 6 years of experience in a supervisor role at a similar manufacturing setup 
• Good at English

• Salary: $1800 – $2200,  depending on the candidate’s ability
