HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Marketing Director position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Company size: 100 people
• Reporting to: BOD
• Taking care: 20 people
• Working time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Job Responsibility for Marketing Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Overseeing all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the company and marketing strategy
• Coordinating with brokers to ensure that properties are marketed effectively to potential buyers
• Conducting research on economic conditions in the local market to determine what types of properties are most in demand
• Supervising website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions
• Monitoring industry trends to identify potential new opportunities for the company
• Creating, signing off marketing briefs, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company guidelines
• Setting projects sales target and Marketing communication budget
• Supervising work of others, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff and overseeing their productivity

Requirement for Marketing Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
• At least 2 years experiences in the real estate industry
• Experience with digital marketing and new marketing trends
• Expert knowledge of projects and real estate market in HCMC and Vietnam
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Salary: $2,500 + Commission
