HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Paint. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Marketing Manager position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CEO
• Working time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Job Responsibility for Marketing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop, implement, monitor and make necessary adjustment to Marketing Plans, meet objectives and KPIs
• Monitor and control advertising, promotion and research budgets to ensure the budget are utilised effectively Monthly/quarterly/annually report and update about actual brand performance, spending and planning to CEO
• Continuously monitor brand/product performance using several analysis and frequent market visits, make necessary adjustments of brand activities & initiatives to ensure KPIs are met
• Work with internal team/ agencies to design and build marketing plan to help supporting and generating more specs and sales
• Work with research agency to handle research projects pertaining to assigned Effect Paint performance, usage, image, equity and analysing consumer behaviour and attitude, determining new product potential for business expansion
• Work with Trade Marketing function and Sales team for effective trade promotion and merchandising
• Evaluate effectiveness and return of advertising and consumer promotion campaigns

Requirement for Marketing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• A university degree or higher preferably in Marketing or related majors
• With at least 5 years of relevant working experiences in Construction materials preferably in multi–national company in Vietnam in furniture fittings or architectural hardware
• Good track record and solid experience in building successful brands
• With strong experiences working with stakeholders such as: developer, design and build companies, main–sub contractor, architects etc.
• Fluent English

Benefits for Marketing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $2,000 – $2,500, depending on candidate’s ability
