HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is a  Manufacturing Company. They are looking for high qualified candidates for Merchandising Manager position.

• Working location: HCMC, Hà Nội, Campuchia
• Report to: CEO 

DESCRIPTION FOR Merchandising Manager

•  Communicate to build a strong relationship with Customer
• Manage and achieve Key Performance Indicators such as CPM, Accuracy, % GP, PAT, Turnover
• Manage Merchandise expenses locally
• Manage and develop Merchandise strategies
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
• Collaborating with buyers, suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and timing scales
• Able to adopt ownership mind-set, risk management mind-set and take all important actions in quick time and never let go

REQUIREMENTS FOR Merchandising Manager

• Over 5 years Merchandising experience in garment manufacturing
• Knowledge of raw materials, quality control, and logistics
• Good communication in local language (Cambodia or Vietnam)
• Written and spoken English (for communication purposes)

BENEFITS FOR Merchandising Manager

• Salary: $2,000 – $4,000 (gross).
