HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Operation Leader (Canteen) position.

• Working Location: Hai Phong
• Reporting to: Part Leader

Job Responsibility for Operation Leader (Canteen)– Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the day to day operations of the canteen
• Ensuring the canteen is kept in a hygienic manner, following safe food handling practices
• Ensuring that the products and services supplied by the canteen are consistently available to generate consistent sales on a daily basis
• Managing canteen staff and workload of canteen staff
• Managing stock levels of the Canteen and timely ordering of stock
• Making plan for canteen operations and other activities
• Building and carrying out all canteen campaigns, programs, shows, events
• Solving any problem relating to canteen operating

Requirement for Operation Leader (Canteen) – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Nutrition or related fields
• Proficiency in English (4 skills)
• At least 03–year experiences of Canteen management in manufacturing company
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Be careful, detailed and enthusiastic at work
• Good behavior towards others and teamwork spirit

• Salary: $1,000 – $1,500, depending on candidate’s ability
