• Working location: HCMC

Description for Operational Risk Analyst – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop and implement policies, regulations, processes, and guidelines on risk management operations
• Perform standard risk report and detailed ad-hoc analysis if required
• Review, take insight and solution for the incident data, ensure the KRIs, RCSA and SA are updated based on the implication of internal incident on Departmental (Divisional) Risks, advise if there are any additional incidents that should be reported / discussed
• Cooperate actively on technical level with IT and data analytics teams to deploy new tool supporting for monitoring operational risk/adhocs
• Develops and provides operational risk management training across the Company by formulating training materials and ensuring Operational risk management training is provided to all new and existing staff

Requirements for Operational Risk Analyst – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• At least 3 years in Operational Risk for consumer finance, fintech
• Proficient in MS Office/SQL
• Adaptable, dynamic, and flexible, able to work under challenging deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with key stakeholders

• Salary: $1000 – $1500, depending on the candidate’s ability
