HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Planning Supervisor/Manager Position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: Operation Manager & Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITY for Planning Supervisor/Manager

• In charge of planning monthly/ weekly, daily production plan and purchasing plan
• Prepare workstation plan in the factory
• Lead and monitor the material supply to ensure non-stop production
• Monitor order with capacity to avoid potential over load/less production
• Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client
• Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for Planning Supervisor/Manager

• Bachelor degree on Business Administration, Economy, Technology management industry
• At least 05 years’ experience in similar positions, 02 years’ experience in Production planning and Material planning
• Fluent English proficiency
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Build good relationships internally and externally
• Organization and Strategic thinking
• Flexible thinking and problem-solving
• Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability
• Openness, transparency and ethics

 BENEFITS for Planning Supervisor/Manager

• Salary: $1000 – $1500, depending on candidate’s ability
