HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Food Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the (Fermentation) – Process Engineer position.

• Working Location: Long An (Shuttle Bus)
• Working time: Monday – Sartuday
• Report to: Fermentation Manager

Job Responsibility for (Fermentation) – Process Engineer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Participate in or lead specific studies directed at continuous manufacturing improvement or process optimization.
• Assist Production Director or Workshop Manager in troubleshooting process issues as required.
• Assist Production Director or Workshop Manager in developing key manufacturing performances strategies and reports.
• Gain yeast manufacturing process knowledge while working on the various improvement or optimization studies and on e-reading
• Write capital spending requests for assigned projects and follow-up through completion
• Strictly comply with requirements of personal protective equipment, 5S, HSE, ISO, Halal in company.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and the company.

Requirement for (Fermentation) – Process Engineer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Master or University degree required in Food manufacturing, Biotechnology or Chemistry
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithm, quadratic equations and permutations, frequency distribution, correlation techniques, sampling theory, ANOVA
• Ability to speak effectively (desirable in English) before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Salary: $1,000 – $1,200 depending on candidate’s ability.
