• Working location: Binh Duong
• Report to: General Director
• Working time: Monday to Saturday

DESCRIPTION FOR PRODUCT APPLICATION MANAGER INK

• Acts as a customer advocate and identifies ways to improve the overall customer experience
• Manages customer expectations and communicates business decisions with professionalism , honesty and integrity
• Removes barriers that prevent self and others from delivering results to customers
• Uses their initiative to ensure that goals are met or exceeded
• Consistently aligns their own efforts to the department’s objectives
• Takes responsibility for results within their own area and stays focused on issues until solutions can be found
• Uses their own acquired skills, knowledge and training to deliver high quality results on time and to standard
• Analyses numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information. Identifies and uses appropriate tools, processes and resources for problem solving
• Uses their initiative and their acquired skills and knowledge to solve business related problems
• Advances problems as far as they can towards resolution even when uncertain
• Escalates problems they cannot resolve to the appropriate level and prepares potential solutions / ideas for further discussions
• Actively listens and relates to others in an accepting and respectful manner, values differences and builds rapport
• Adapts their communication style and approach as appropriate, using effective diplomacy where required
• Works co-operatively, actively building cohesive relationships within and across groups (internally or externally)
• Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
• Improve customer service quality result by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Leading and supervising the team of customer service staff
• Learning about products and services and keeping up to date with changes .
• Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending courses.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCT APPLICATION MANAGER INK

• An appropriate qualification (BSc or equivalent etc.) or significant relevant technical experience
• Technical skills across the Packaging product range
• Solid communication skills (written + spoken);
• Good spoken and written English; Vietnamese language is mandatory!
• Customer service & administration processes and specific tools needed
• People Management skills
• Customer Management skills
• Professional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Well organization & time management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Mature, dynamic and proactive
