Production Manager – Hot Job 2022 – HR Strategy – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market – 2022 Full Time

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Plastic Packaging. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Production Manager position.
- Working Location: Dong Nai (Shuttle bus from HCM)
- Company size: over 500 people
- Reporting to: General Director
- Taking care: 200 people
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
Job Responsibility for Production Manager– Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Responsible for controlling and developing existing and new packaging projects compliance with customers’ needs
- Provide leadership on development projects, coordinating activities from design, to pilot tool, to production mould and into production
- Monitor and improve the Manufacturing process and get necessary internal operations
- Effectively communicate internally and externally with customers, determine suppliers and vendors to project requirements and coordinate project activities
- Coordinate QA testing with internal QA lab; develop sampling plans with customers
- Identify and implement improvements for cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, less scrap & reworks
- Other tasks as directly assigned
Requirement for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in packaging technology or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of experience in the direct fields with knowledge of plastics in manufacturing plants
- Familiar with standards of ISO 9000 and experience in ISO implementation

- Salary: $2,000 – $3,000, depending on candidate’s ability
