HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Furniture. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Production Manager position.
- Working Location: Bình Dương (shuttle bus)
- Company size: 700 people
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
Job Responsibility for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Understanding and overseeing manufacturing and production processes
- To ensure that all production lines run with safety environment, maximum efficiency, highest quality
- To ensure that all paperwork is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained, including BSCI/SMECTA audit, ERP
- Develop the production plan and establish new systems for ensuring high standards of production operations
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships. Analyze performance of existing suppliers and source new suppliers or maintain/improve existing suppliers to support the company
Requirement for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelors of Technical/Economic/Electric/ Electronic/…Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Furniture or related position
- Experience in LEAN and “just in time” production
- Proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to develop a department for the future demand
Benefits for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,500, depending on candidate’s ability
