Production Manager_HR Strategy_Top Headhunter In Vietnam Market_2022 Full Time

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Production Manager position.
- Working Location: Dong Nai (have a shuttle bus)
- Company size: Over 1000 people
- Reporting to: COO
- Working time: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibility for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Manage the Production Supervisor and activities related to the Production Department
- Oversee on all manufacturing and scheduling, planning, coordinating, job planning, follow up on multiple Work Centre projects
- Continuously review and evaluate the operational resources of the business to deal with current and medium-term business needs, identifying skills gaps, recruitment needs and succession planning
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Support QMS system, IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001
- Coordinate and control manufacturing process, to stop production of non-conforming products
- Planning budget, training and developing employees, …
- Any other jobs related duties as assigned by management
Requirement for Production Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/related technical or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or related position
- Strong in data analysis and is data driven, presenting that information to Management
- Experience with Process knowledge for related area.
- Excellent problem solving, investigation skills, detail orientation
- Must possess good communication skills – written and verbal in English
- Understand manufacturing concept, experience in Lean and Six Sigma are preferred.

- Salary: $3500 – $5000, depending on candidate’s ability
