HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is Plastic Industry company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Production Shift Leader.

• Working location: Long An (shuttle bus)
• Working time: From Monday to Friday
• Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Description for Production Shift Leader – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Issue production task follow production plan; reasonable arrange manpower and other production resources; follow finished time, quality, quantity to finish on the shift production task
• Statistical summary of the quantity and quality of goods on shift; analyze and solve production issues, result tracking
• Manage and maintain production equipment and tools
• Training production staff, assessing and managing them
• Manage and maintain 6S of the production site
• Finish other duties assigned by Superiors

Requirements for Production Shift Leader – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• High school graduates or College graduated
• 3 years of experience in Plastic Production, 1 year of experience as a Production Shift Leader
• Slightly through some professional English in the Plastic field
• Familiar with Plastic Injection technology
• Good in Office software to make production report

Benefits for Production Shift Leader – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $900 – $1,000,  depending on the candidate’s ability
