• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CEO
• Company size: 300 employees
• Taking care: 150 staffs
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Program Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Establish program aims that are aligned with the overall strategy and vision of the organization
• Create a comprehensive program plan that encompasses all stages from initiation to completion, incorporating deadlines, milestones, and processes
• Formulate or endorse budgets and operational frameworks
• Formulate monitoring and evaluation strategies to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee all program and project managers to provide guidance, feedback, and assistance in addressing unexpected problems
• Explore methods to optimize the performance and productivity of processes and people
• Use principles of change management, risk management, and resource management to facilitate progress and mitigate problems
• Examine reports prepared by managers to monitor progress and detect potential problems
• Guarantee that program operations and activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements
• Provide detailed and accurate reports or presentations to senior management to keep them informed
• Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

Requirement for Program Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• A degree in management or a related field (BSc/BA); a postgraduate degree (MSc/MA) would be an advantage
• Demonstrated track record as a program director or in another managerial position is essential
• Must have an in-depth understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Must have a strong grasp of performance evaluation techniques and essential metrics
• Have exceptional understanding of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting principles
• Exhibit excellent proficiency in organizational and leadership skills
• Good at English

• Salary: $8,000 – $10,000 depending on candidate’s ability
