HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is a Paper Manufacturing Company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Purchasing Manager Paper Manufacturing

• Working location: Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh (bus from Tan Phu)
• Report to: CEO
• Working time: Monday to Sat (2 each month)

DESCRIPTION FOR PURCHASING MANAGER PAPER MANUFACTURING

• Check, analyze, synthesize the reports of all departments (especially Import and export
  department, accounting/banking/finance department) to present to Board of Directors.
• Involve in the process of setting KPI and performance evaluation of all departments.
• Reviewing and checking all contracts and documents before presenting to CEO.
• Build the strategic development plan for the Import-Export department.
• Together with accounting/banking/finance team to manage the company’s overall
  cashflow and cost control.
• Involve in checking, analyzing and negotiating for all new investment.
• Prepare and attend the internal and external meetings as requested.
• Manage and be responsible for the activities of the department, ensuring compliance with
  Company policies and procedures.
• Manage and be responsible for training staff in negotiating foreign contracts Trade, correspondence with foreign partners including: price, quantity, type,Specifications, transport terms, insurance, delivery term, payment method… strategically oriented, appropriate and effective.
• Build and develop commercial business relationships with suppliers.
• Transactions and settlement with related parties when complaints arise (with suppliers about the quality of goods, shortages, excesses, mistakes, slow progress, stamps missing or incorrect labels,…).
• Analyze the market and propose effective purchasing strategies according to development needs
  business development.
• Attend meetings with suppliers and partners. Policy discussion and negotiation
  sales and cooperation between the two parties.
• Perform other jobs requested by CEO

REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING MANAGER PAPER MANUFACTURING

• At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position or import-export managing
  position
  
• Fluently in English.
• Bacholor degree and up with major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade,
  International Business or other relevant degree.
  
• Fluent in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Powerpoint
  
• Good in communication, problem solving and negotiation
  
• Analytical and strategic mindset
  
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Management skills
• Ability to calculate, think and analyze the market
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Management, teamwork and problem solving skills
• Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
