HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Garment. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the QA&QC Manager position.
- Working Location: Bình Định (Accommodation and meals are provided)
- Reporting to: General Director
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
Job Responsibility for QA&QC Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
- Train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.
- Auditing inward fabric and trím and ensuring only quality goods are accepted.
- Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
- Ensure that no faulty fabric is sent for cutting.
- Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality.
- Perform in line inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in finishing department.
- Controlling workers, staff in QA and QC team.
Requirement for QA&QC Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Education: College/University
- At least 2 years working experience QC / QA Manager
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the garment industry
