HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is a Furniture Industry company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Quality Assurance Supervisor.

• Working location: HCMC 

Description for Quality Assurance Supervisor– Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Handling customer claims feedback with CAP report and following up a replacement for customer
• Monthly quality analysis – (internal and external)
• Corrective Action Plan (CAP), Kaizen’s suggestion
• Conduct CAP and quality audit
• QC checklist for each workstation
• Conduct product in-house construction and packaging testing
• Updating Quality Standard Manual quarterly (Handbook and ERP)
• Conduct weekly meetings with the QC team
• Set up quality standards, specifications, appropriate quality control policies, procedures, instructions, and methods to apply in the company
• Train and supervise the implementation of the Quality Management System in the factory
• Coordinate with related departments in improving product quality and reducing unqualified products
• Build up the reliable supply chain

Requirements for Quality Assurance Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• University graduated
• At least 3 years of experience working in quality assurance experience in the Furniture Industry
• Knowledge of furniture products
• Fluent English in both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exhibit effective communication skills and have the ability to interact with others

• Salary: $800 – $1300, depending on the candidate’s ability
