HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Furniture Industry. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the R&D Supervisor position.
- Working Location: Binh Duong
Job Responsibility for R&D Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Working under the Creative Director who is of Scandinavian nationality.
- Responsible for planning and monitoring costing process, sample process and hand-over new item to mass production.
- Create and control BOMs, drawings, packaging drawing, AI
- Selecting suitable materials for new items such as wood, MDF, veneer, steel, brass, aluminum, plywood, fabric, leather… and the packaging material.
- Improve existing products as well as new ones, and with cost accounting to review costing and savings of each product.
- Coordinate the sample group of the production department and follow up the sample process.
- Lead the production technical team, technical transfer to ensure smooth mass production of new products.
- Hands on from the drawings to the making of the samples, work with design and construction as well to make sure it will cost efficient for mass production, in our own factory.
- Interview, train and motivate employees; reward and discipline employees; resolve conflicts.
- Build, organize and control all technical documents and data
Requirement for R&D Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- At least 5 years working experience in indoor furniture industry
- Experience in designing indoor products: tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, cabinets, sideboards, etc.
- Experience in designing products from materials: MDF board, veneer, wood, iron, upholstery, etc.
- Proficient in using Inventor or Autocad 3D
- Basic communication English
- Experience with ERP system
Benefits for R&D Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $1,200 – $1,500, depending on candidate’s ability
