HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in HVAC. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Regional Sales Head position.

• Working Location: Ha Noi
• Reporting to: National Sales Head

Job Responsibility for Regional Sales Head – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Provide detailed sales forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting
• Lead Customer Management activities (Customer visits, Customer profile, credit information)
• Assists in the development of the sales plan
• Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs
• Direct and motivate the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
• Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

Requirement for Regional Sales Head – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position within the field of HVAC
• Good at English
• Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
• Broad client and partner network such as developer, contractor, consultant
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Could be go for a business trip

Benefits for Regional Sales Head – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 + Allowances + Bonus depending on candidate’s ability
