HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Sales Director position.
- Working Location: HCMC
- Company size: 100 people
- Reporting to: BOD
- Taking care: 80 people
- Working time: Monday – Saturday Morning
Job Responsibility for Sales Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan
- Develop the relationship and network with F1
- Support to get more projects for new strategy of the company
- Providing training and coaching for sales team
- Responsible maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
- Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets, focus on department and resort
- Analyzing trends, results and generates timely sales reports
- Overseeing the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
- Work independently and manage the properties and projects responsibly by following the company’s strategy
Requirement for Sales Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 5-years experience in the real estate industry
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Expert knowledge of projects and real estate market in HCMC and Vietnam
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to recognize and recruit sales representatives
- Being good at English is an advantage

- Salary: $3,500 – $4,500
