HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Electronic Components. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Sales Manager position.
- Working Location: Ha Noi
- Reporting to: CEO (Foreigner) & Headquarters
- Working time: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibility for Sales Manager Electronic Components – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Generate new sales leads to increase revenue.
- Establish new business relationships with customers in the region.
- Collaborate with the local or corporate engineering/operations team to provide optimized solutions to customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous growth.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Other tasks assigned by BODs.
Requirement for Sales Manager Electronic Components – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- At least 3 years’ experience in equivalent positions in electronic components companies.
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
Benefits for Sales Manager Electronic Components – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $1,500 – $2,500 + allowances + bonuses, depending on candidate’s ability
