Job description for Sales Manager – Top Headhunter In Vietnam Market

• Managing the sales team and demanding as well as enabling top performance within sales
• Defining and monitoring sales targets for all products (include accessories and services) and other targets (CSI etc.)
• Motivating, evaluating and developing the team, supplying guidance and ensuring maximum market exploitation in accordance with standards

Requirements for Sales Manager – Top Headhunter In Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in in economics, commerce, business administration or equivalent training
  
• Minimum two years at the same position in automotive company, selling used car (CPO)
  
• English is a plus
• Store management experience is a plus
  
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  
• Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
• Specialized Knowledge
  – Sales : History of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Benz brand, knowledge of the local market, basic commercial and legal knowledge, sales techniques, finance and insurance tools
  – Marketing: Product knowledge and presentation skills, competitor product and marketing-mix knowledge, local marketing tools
  – Human Resources: Detailed knowledge of leadership, staff recruitment, staff appraisal, HR development, knowledge of HR planning, basics of labor law and remuneration
  – Finance/Accounting: Basic knowledge, understanding and interpretation of budgeting, cost calculation, invoicing, controlling and Contract law
  -Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality management systems
