HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Education. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Test Prep Manager position.

• Working Location: Ha Noi
• Reporting to: Head of Research & Development
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Test Prep Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Build and update the novel SAT curriculum along with the AP subject curriculum for students, including creating study materials, practice tests, and coaching sessions…
• Innovate and update existing Test Prep courses, including SAT, IELTS, TOEIC, and etc
• Oversee and Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide feedback to students, and parents/guardians
• Manage a team of test prep instructors and support staff, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality instruction and meeting performance targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that test preparation offerings are aligned with company goals and objectives
• Manage the budget for the test prep department, ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue targets
• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other potential partners to expand the reach of the company’s test prep programs
• Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

Requirement for Test Prep Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Prep Coach
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of instructors and support staff
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• BSc/BA in relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 depending on candidate’s ability
