• Working location: Binh Duong
• Report: General Manager 

Description for Whitewood Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Provide initiative, leadership and guidance to all eucalyptus workers and team leaders
• Develop and implement techniques and procedures that help workers and team leaders anticipate and avoid errors
• Provide training and instruction to workers on how to set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Work closely with Engineering to review drawings, recommend changes to materials or processes to save costs and create production-friendly products
• Continually monitor and ensure that daily production targets in machining and assembly are achieved with acceptable quality levels
• Ensure that all whitewood employees adhere to and strictly adhere to whitewood quality systems and procedures in the conduct of their daily work
• Provide daily, weekly reports upon request
• Efficiently manage all materials used and prevent waste
• Enforce strict discipline of all Whitewood employees through compliance with all applicable Company Rules and Regulations
• Regularly monitor unsafe working conditions/practices and strive to eliminate them
• Provide support to the finishing/packing department as needed
• Other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements for Whitewood Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in the furniture industry

• Salary:  $1000 – $1400, depending on the candidate’s ability
