Shasu Group, formerly known as HR Strategy company, with 11 years of experience in recruiting senior personnel in the Vietnamese labor market, Shasu Group (www.shasugroup.com) is developing service areas: Headhunter, Inhouse Training, M&A Connection. We are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position: Recruitment Consultant.
Working place: No.3, Lucky Dragon Building, 359 Do Xuan Hop street, Phuoc Long B ward, district 9, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
Working time: From Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30PM.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
- Develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs of clients.
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or related subjects
- Has experience in Recruitment Consultant, Resume Researcher.
- Sales experienced candidates are highly preferred
- Good at English
- Listen well to learn & develop yourself
- Good attitude & morality
- Passionate about the business to reap the results
BENEFITS:
- Salary: $500 – $1000 + Commissions, total monthly income from $1000 – $2000.
