JOB DESCRIPTION – Recruitment Consultant

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
• Develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs of clients.
• Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

REQUIREMENT 

• University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or related subjects
• Has experience in Recruitment Consultant, Resume Researcher.
• Sales experienced candidates are highly preferred
• Good at English
• Listen well to learn & develop yourself
• Good attitude & morality
• Passionate about the business to reap the results.

BENEFITS

• Salary: $500 – $1000 + Commissions, total monthly income from $1000 – $2000.
• Details will be discussed in the interview
