HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a foreign company specializing in large foreign tire corporation. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Sales Supervisor position.

  • Working Location: Da Nang, incharge of the market from Nghe An to Lang Son
  • Reporting to: Sales Director (Vietnamese) & Deputy CEO (Foreigner)
  • Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Sales Supervisor 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring that they are receiving the support they need to promote and sell our products effectively
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the distribution network, including sales results, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of distribution operations

Requirement for Sales Supervisor 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a equivalent position in tire, automative, FMCG… company.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Benefits for Sales Supervisor 

  • Salary: $750 – $1100 + allowance depending on candidate’s ability
